ADB SAFEGATE, a leading global player in delivering airport performance, offering unmatched capabilities in airport ground movement and visual guidance, has acquired Protec Automation GmbH, specializing in airfield lighting control systems, power technologies and services in the field of industrial automation.
The deal was closed in Mannheim, Germany, on September 30, 2021, and the official announcement was made in Eckental, Germany, on October 4.
