Disabled man drops legal action against London Luton

A paraplegic man who was recently filmed dragging himself through London Luton Airport airport after refusing a certain type of wheelchair has dropped proposed legal action.

Justin Levene was filmed dragging himself through the London airport after his self-propelled wheelchair was left behind on a flight.

The man has dropped his case after action to amend a future situation has now been made as Luton Airport currently says it has ten self-propelled wheelchairs.

Levene stated that financial compensation was not the reason as to why he pushed for legal action against the airport, rather that a change in policy was the intended outcome.
