In February 2021, the SaaS (Software as a Service) solution was implemented at twelve locations in Egypt.
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, this project had to be implemented completely remote, beginning with the sales process and continuing through training to the go-live.
With EPG’s Ground Handling System (GHS), a contemporary system was implemented, that fully automates all operational and billing activities for ground handlers and improves the operational as well as commercial set-up of the company.
