Egypt aviation service provider IAB now relies on EPG’s Ground Handling System (GHS)

As one of the leading Egyptian aviation service companies, International Aviation Business (IAB) now operates with EPG’s Ground Handling System (GHS).

The comprehensive solution complies all requirements for efficient contract and billing management in the aviation sector.

Founded in 1979, IAB is offering a wide and diversified array of aviation services at all Egyptian airports.

According to Hassan Nashaat, Managing Director at IAB, the company needed to overhaul its technology systems to modernize and respond to new market requirements in order to support customers in the new digital transformation era.

As the first project of its kind on North Africa, EPG and its experts at topsystem were looking forward to this exciting challenge.

In February 2021, the SaaS (Software as a Service) solution was implemented at twelve locations in Egypt.

Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, this project had to be implemented completely remote, beginning with the sales process and continuing through training to the go-live.

With EPG’s Ground Handling System (GHS), a contemporary system was implemented, that fully automates all operational and billing activities for ground handlers and improves the operational as well as commercial set-up of the company.

Hassan Nashaat is contented with the successful remote go-live at IAB: “With its state-of-the-art modern GHS solution, EPG helped us to modernize our technologies as well as to offer our customers and employees a more innovative and competitive solution to the dynamic business environment.”
