An Emirates flight from Dubai landed at New York’s JFK airport today and was immediately placed under a quarantine.
Around five hundred passengers were on board the aircraft, around ten of which fell ill according to an airline spokesperson.
Passengers reportedly became ill, were coughing and had a fever of over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Locals checked the passengers once they had arrived for further illness. Security officials were monitoring the ‘medical situation’.
