Gatwick Airport has announced its intention to recruit 1200 jobs in order to meet the demands of a very busy summer period this year.
800 of the positions will occupy demand in retail and catering in the airport’s terminals, while 400 positions are up for grabs in ground handling including DHL, Menzies and Swissport.
DHL’s VP of Operations, Spencer Conday stated: ““We are pleased to be working with Gatwick Airport on our strategy for 2018 recruitment. By combining our efforts we hope to attract the best talent for a number of exciting jobs and career opportunities at the airport and ensure customers continue to receive great service.”
