Goldhofer announces new Sales Director Airport Technology appointment

Aircraft equipment company Goldhofer AG has announced the appointment of Christof Peer as the new Sales Director Airport Technology.

Peer’s key priorities in the new role will be to support existing customers, accommodate demand for eco-friendly ground handling vehicles and, in light of the need for smart connectivity in the world’s growing number of emission-free airports, provide comprehensive e-mobility and digitisation solutions.

“With his high level of professional and social competence, Christof Peer will be able to expand our strong market position on a continuous basis,” said Lothar Holder, CEO at Goldhofer AG and Head of Airport Technology.

“As a practitioner with vision, he will help us to position Goldhofer as an accomplished solution provider for the airports of the future.”

Prior to taking up this position, Peer was managing director of MND Austria GmbH (Innsbruck/A), having previously spent six years working at Swiss Aebi Schmidt Group, serving as managing director of the Austrian subsidiary Aebi Schmidt Austria GmbH (Inzing/A).

“Together with my team I am very much looking forward to serving our customers in the development, implementation and operation of sustainable airport infrastructures,” said Peer.

“To this end, Goldhofer not only offers comprehensive organizational and operating strategies but also a wide range of customized solutions at attractive conditions.

“Since we capture and evaluate specific and reliable operational and usage data, we are able to configure exactly the vehicles and fleets that our customers really need.”
