The 8th annual GSE & Ramp-Ops Event has come to a close and, as exhibitors, delegates and conference speakers make their way home from Dubrovnik we can look back on a very rewarding conference and exhibition.
At the heart of the event was a busy two-day conference programme that took in a wide range of subjects of topical relevance to ramp operators and other stakeholders today.
Issues covered were all-encompassing, including safety, innovative GSE development, how to maximise the value of GSE, apron communications and training, regulatory compliance, electric GSE, preventing aircraft damage and GSE pooling.
Presentations from industry experts added to informative panel discussions, further supported by audience contributions combined to make the event a valuable learning experience for regular GSE & Ramp-Ops Event attendees as well as this year’s first-timers.
With an accompanying exhibition featuring a range of GSE suppliers, plus all the professional networking opportunities available during the show, it was two and half days surely of benefit to all.
