A man from the UK has died on board a Jet2 flight scheduled to arrive in Ibiza from Manchester Airport.
On Saturday evening, the flight was diverted to Toulouse in France after it was announced the man required medical attention.
The man was taken to hospital following the aircraft’s arrival in France, although he sadly did not make it.
A spokeswoman for the Foreign Office stated: “We are in contact with the French authorities following the death of a British man in Toulouse and are supporting his family at this difficult time.”
