Manchester Airport: Andrews and Andreas get free lounge access this Friday

To mark St Andrew’s Day (30th November) and to thank the half a million Scottish passengers that fly through Manchester Airport each year, those named Andrew or Andrea, will get free access into the airport’s Escape Lounge that day.

With rail, air and coach connections from Manchester Airport to a range of Scottish cities, the Northern hub is an easy choice for people North of the border to connect to its 210 global destinations including Los Angeles, Mumbai and San Francisco.

All any Andrews or Andreas need to do, is present their passport and valid boarding card at one of the three lounges in each terminal to gain complimentary access that day.

Tricia Williams, Chief Operating Officer at Manchester Airport said: “We thank the 500,000 people from Scotland who chose to fly from Manchester each year.

With codeshares with domestic airlines to a host of Scottish airports, rail connections to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, plus coach services as far as Dundee, we offer a seamless travel experience to the world here from Manchester.

“The Escape Lounges offer something for every type of passenger – be that business or leisure – and we look forward to welcoming Andrews and Andreas on 30th November.”
