After an incredible and rewarding tenure of 10 years at Swissport, Nadia Kaddouri, Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer, has announced her decision to step down from her role and embark on a new chapter in her professional journey.
During her time at Swissport, Nadia Kaddouri has worked with some of the brightest minds in the aviation industry, garnering invaluable experiences and skills that have contributed to her personal and professional growth.
“I am immensely grateful for the wonderful 10 years I’ve spent at Swissport. It was not an easy decision to leave, but I believe it’s time for me to explore new horizons and further contribute to the sustainable transformation of the aviation industry,” said Nadia Kaddouri.
As Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer, Nadia played a pivotal role in driving positive change within Swissport. Her dedication to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles was evident in her efforts to place sustainability at the core of the company’s strategy. Under her leadership, Swissport successfully implemented a comprehensive set of ESG measures, including the ambitious goal of reducing carbon emissions by at least 42 percent between 2023 and 2032, as part of their commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
Furthermore, Nadia was instrumental in fostering diversity within Swissport’s management positions, promoting a more inclusive and forward-thinking corporate culture.
Nadia’s passion for sustainability extends beyond her role at Swissport. Earlier this year, she was appointed as a Board Member of the UN Global Compact Network Switzerland & Liechtenstein. She remains committed to making a positive impact and driving change through her continued work with the United Nations Global Compact.
“As I move forward to the next phase of my career, I’m excited to explore fresh opportunities and continue my endeavors in sustainability and responsible business practices,” Nadia added.
