Newbow Aerospace, a leading design, manufacturer and supplier of Ground Support Equipment to the aviation industry, is excited to announce a significant order from British Airways for their customised ground support equipment to support the British flag carrier with their ground operations at London Heathrow Airport.
Following the prototype that was delivered earlier this summer, manufacturing is now well underway on the service trailers with the successful delivery of the initial two service trailers designed to meet the customer requirement.
The unique design of the wheel and brake change trailers offer the operator maximum flexibility and safety when transporting excessive aircraft wheel change equipment. The integration of independent rear suspension minimises shock and stress throughout the trailer chassis allowing for a smoother and more comfortable towing experience when transporting the payload capacity of 1.5 ton.
