Plane at Dublin Airport abandons landing due to storm

An aircraft flying into Dublin Airport was forced to pull out of a landing due to a storm in the country.

Storm Ali has been causing problems at the airport in Ireland, demonstrated by the Ryanair plane rocking in an unstable way before pulling upwards just before landing on the runway.

An eyewitness to the abandoned landing told the Evening Standard that: “We were collecting a friend from the airport.

It got delayed so we went to the viewing point. It was so windy that most of the planes were having to abandon touchdown and take off again.”

According to social media posts, passengers on board the aircraft could be heard crying and screaming.
