Proserv Aviation will open a new corporate headquarters in Wisconsin this September in the hopes of driving growth and efficiency.
A global distributor of aircraft parts, Proserv Aviation has been deploying extensive capital into strategic rotatable pools, expendables and ground support equipment (GSE).
Currently operating from several facilities around the Milwaukee area, the company’s new location will consolidate its footprint into a single 40,000-square-foot distribution hub with further expansion abilities.
The site is located within a growing industrial park 16 miles from central Milwaukee. The new facility offers logistical improvements, including proximity to major transportation routes and additional loading docks, as well as increased parking and manoeuvrability for service fleets and delivery vehicles.
Mike Miner, managing director of Proserv Aviation, said: “Proserv has been expanding rapidly, especially in the past two years, creating a meaningful catalogue of products.
“The move has been in progress for a while and I’m thrilled to grow our team with better resources.”
He added: “Investing in the new facility is just one step toward Proserv’s ongoing commitment to quality products, services and employee investment.
“We couldn’t have grown as quickly without the continued efforts of our team. The enhanced capabilities of this facility will give employees the resources they need to build runway for continued success in the industry.
“Our goal is to strengthen stocked product offerings and approach lightning-fast dispatch.”
Proserv contributed custom design for the space, allowing the company to plan more effective operations and create a modern workspace for the team.
From a fully stocked industrial-sized refrigerator to a private shower, the upgraded amenities are designed to foster a conducive work environment while providing a welcome space for customers, vendors, and new top-talent hires.
The move also brings service partner GSE America in-house, providing instantaneous repair capabilities. Proserv Aviation shares common ownership with GSE America to provide repair, service, and proactive maintenance of all brands of GSE.
Proserv Aviation will have immediate access to repair and recalibration of Ram Air Turbine tools up through A380 and Boeing 787, aircraft jacks, GPUs, HPUs and CPUs, among other services.
The new facility is located at 10551 South Oakview Parkway in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
