This spring, Elevate Gourmet Brands (EGB) will open a new kitchen, offering passengers, airline crews and staff a ‘unique dining experience’ at San Fracisco Airport.
EGB’s newest concession QSR, the San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen, will be situated in terminal three and is the first gourmet fast-food mac and cheese concept in a major West Coast airport.
The menu includes The Signature Crab Mac with artisan noodles, white cheese blend topped with local Dungeness crab and microgreens, and The Gilroy Garlic Mac topped with Pecorino Romano and Gilroy’s famous roasted garlic.
Mac and cheese dishes can be customized with a wide selection of toppings, and sides like Signature Cord Bread, and Spicy Broiled Vegetables will be available, as will healthy, gluten-free and non-GMO options, and rustic salads.
San Francisco Mac + Cheese Kitchen will boast a fun Li’l Mac Kids’ Menu to include Mac + Cheese Tots and Eat Your Veggies Mac. Also offering a bar that showcases local Bay Area beer and wine.
EGB are famous for their pastry displays, featuring a full selection of sweet and savoury pastries and the breakfast menu will offer customised Scrambles and a selection of Breakfast Brioches.
