Paul has been with the Allegheny County Airport Authority for 17 years, serving in many roles including Engineering Project Manager, Director of Maintenance and Capital Improvements, Vice President of Operations and Facilities and now Senior Vice President, Facilities, Engineering and Maintenance.

​He is responsible for leadership, oversight and strategic direction for airfield and terminal maintenance, engineering and construction, and the sustainability and natural resources departments at Pittsburgh International Airport, as well as oversight and strategic direction for Allegheny County Airport, a smaller general aviation airport in West Mifflin.

Paul will also be responsible for oversight of the new Terminal Modernization Plan.
